Kristin Onderdonk is the founder of Enjoy Chi and creator of STOP & FLOW™

—an evidence-informed mindfulness and movement program that restores well-being in

systems. Drawing on two decades as a Certified Public Accountant across healthcare,

government, education, and finance, she bridges complex environments with

accessible, people-first tools that strengthen sustainability and human connection.

 

Recognized for her impact in community health and excellence in continuing education

for SUD professionals, social workers, and peer recovery specialists, Kristin has been

honored as a Distinguished Guest Speaker by the New York State Association of

Treatment Courts, Le Moyne College, Niagara University, and the NYS Association

of Youth Bureaus Youth Leadership Conference. She also raised over $10,000 to

establish the Enjoy Chi Meditation & Mindfulness Room at the Bill & Susan

Pomeroy Crouse Addiction Treatment Center.

 

Kristin holds an Education & Training Provider Certificate from the New York State

Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) for STOP & FLOW™, is a

member of the NYCB Trainer Registry, and participates in the Mid-Atlantic

Facilitator Network (MAFN). Enjoy Chi is a certified Women Business Enterprise

(WBE), reflecting her commitment to excellence, inclusion, and impact across systems

of care and education.

 

She is the author of STOP & FLOW: 8 Steps to Recharge Your Life and host of the

STOP & FLOW with K.O. podcast. Married with five children, Kristin lives in

Baldwinsville, NY—a former marathon runner, lifelong champion of children, and

lover of life—living proof that power begins in the pause.
