Maryann Roefaro is a highly intuitive spiritual mentor, leader and motivational speaker. She dedicated her career to healthcare and has over 35 years of experience in executive leadership positions. After 23 years, she retired in 2025 from the position of CEO at Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY.

She is the author of Building the Team from the Inside-Out, A Human’s Purpose by Millie the Dog, Snippets from the Inside-Out by Millie the Dog and her most recent book, Transitions of Hope. Her podcast is also called Transitions of Hope and can be found on her YouTube Channel (Maryann Roefaro/Transitions of Hope), as well as all podcast hosting platforms.

Maryann remains a board certified fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives and continues to maintain an active role in leadership development through various speaking engagements. She received a Doctor of Divinity degree from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, an MS degree from Upstate Medical University, a BS degree from Albany College of Pharmacy.

She was the 2024 recipient of Upstate Medical University’s Allied Health Professions Distinguished Alumni award. Maryann is one of the co-founders and is President of the Board of Directors of CancerConnects, Inc, as well as being a board member of Francis House, Wisdom Thinkers Network. and Lifetime Health/ Excellus. Maryann is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Heart Centered Hypnotherapist and a Senior ChiRunning Instructor.
