Featured Program: Changing the Story
Changing the Story is a 10-week narrative-based SEL program designed to help youth build resilience, strengthen identity, and develop healthier personal narratives.
Using storytelling, guided reflection, mindfulness practices, and meaningful discussion, students learn to better understand difficult experiences while developing emotional awareness, self-regulation, and greater confidence in who they are becoming.
The program creates opportunities for students to reflect on the stories they carry — and to recognize their ability to respond to challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and perspective.
Featured Offering: Stories
Stories uses guided storytelling and reflective conversation to help youth and communities explore identity, connection, emotional understanding, and shared human experience.
Through meaningful dialogue and experiential learning, participants are invited to engage with stories in ways that encourage empathy, perspective, and personal growth.
Offerings may include workshops, facilitated discussions, presentations, and community experiences designed to support emotional wellbeing and authentic connection.

Featured Framework: BullySpin
BullySpin is a story-based educational framework that helps students better understand bullying, social dynamics, and emotional behavior — so those experiences hold less power over how they see themselves.
Centered around the belief that “the more you understand bullying, the less it defines you,” BullySpin encourages emotional awareness, perspective, and inner steadiness through literature, reflection, guided discussion, and real-world examples.
Programming is available for schools, youth organizations, educators, and community groups.
